Heartstrings provides validation, encouragement and support as well as grief-related education in a support group setting and/or through one-to-one bereaved parent mentoring to persons who have experienced the death of an infant from conception to one year of age.

Heartstrings is sustained by the generous private donations it receives from individuals, businesses and organizations, as well as grants and proceeds from its annual A Walk to Remember.

Heartstrings is a 501(c)3 nonprofit public charity

Memorial donations in memory of a baby are welcome and are acknowledged promptly in writing to the family of the baby. We have compiled a list of "In Memory Of" donations on the web.
